On the
left: Notice how the
lamp starts out a golden yellow and then turns into purples and
blues. The amber beading around the lamp shade picks up the
yellow/gold tile and glows from the light bulb.

9/20/06 - I've
finished gluing all the bits and pieces of tile. Next
I'm going to grout in a terra cotta which will compliment
the golden yellows and purples. Then, I think, I'll embellish
the lampshade. (I can't just place a plain off-white silk shade on
this lamp!) How about some feathers and beading! Well, maybe just
