Memory Urns

Marc LeBlanc - 43 yrs. old

This is my brother Marc.  He passed way August 2005 from a brave, short battle with advanced lung cancer.  He handled  his diagnosis pragmatically.  He knew on some level he would not win the battle, but he stayed sane "by taking it day by day."  He had dignity and wanted independence to the very end, which he had.  He gave of himself, as much as he could, in small ways.

The keepsakes for your urn are so important.   They become more than just a necklace part or a coin from a day vacationing, but a physical reminder of a lifetime of memories and the love you received and gave to that person.

i carry your heart with me (i carry it in my heart)

i carry your heart with me (i carry it in
my heart) i am never without it (anywhere
i go you go, my dear; and whatever is done
by only me is your doing, my darling)

i fear no fate (for you are my fate, my sweet) i want
no world (for beautiful you are my world, my true)
and it's you are whatever a moon has always meant
and whatever a sun will always sing is you

here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life; which grows
higher than the soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart

i carry your heart (i carry it in my heart)

I will live in the gap, live in the moment between the breaths, in that pause where wings of an angel pass, where the flowers bloom.
